I just installed a calendar plugin. If a post is in the Calendar category, it will appear in this ics:
https://diamond.aladdin.cs.cmu.edu/dav/calendar/aladdin.ics
Later on I will try to enable file sharing on Diamond for those ics clients that don’t do http.

It seems that when I update an event in Wordpress, the plugin will actually overwrite the whole ics file. Any changes I made manually in Mozilla Calendar will be lost. This is an issue.
My current proposal is: rename the calendar to aladdin-wp.ics and then have a script to merge it with aladdin.ics. But this will be implemented later, maybe in the summer.
